Originally born in South Africa, I grew up surrounded by the word “lekker”—an Afrikaans word meaning good. It’s a word that captures a feeling more than anything else… something comforting, joyful, and deeply satisfying. That feeling is at the heart of everything I create.

Now based in Australia, I draw inspiration from nature and the quiet moments it offers. Whether it’s the fresh scent of the outdoors, the calm of a still evening, or the warmth of a softly lit space, I believe in the power of small moments to bring a sense of peace.
