All of our products are handmade in small batches, which means a little extra time is needed to create something beautiful just for you.

During busy periods, this may be slightly longer—but we’ll always keep you updated.
  
Shipping Time frames

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Australia: 2–8 business days

Shipping Carrier & Tracking

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your door.

Delays

While we do our absolute best to get your order to you quickly, once it’s with the postal service, delays can occasionally happen—especially during peak periods.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

Lekker Creations cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Warm Weather Notice

As our candles are made with natural wax, they can be sensitive to heat.

During warmer months, there is a small risk of melting during transit. While we carefully package each order, Lekker Creations cannot take responsibility for heat-related damage once your order has been shipped.
